Let me start with one possible definition of coaching: accompanying the client in his or her search to solve, adjust, change, improve, give up, take in, behaviours, actions, attitudes, ways of doing, ways of thinking, and ways of relating to others and to self.
In short, we could call this search as the path to achieving “competent living”!
And here comes my ultimate goal, my philosophy, to help, support, encourage and accompany your personal and professional development in the path of achieving "your best self"; knowing that by approaching your “best self” you will be an inspiration for your family, friends, colleagues, organisation and the society at large.
